2 Dead, 2 Wounded in N. Philly Shooting

Gunfire erupted in North Philadelphia Tuesday night leaving two men dead and two other people injured.

It happened on N 8th Street near Indiana Avenue.

Craig Lassiter, 38, died at the scene and Duana Talley, 36, was pronounced dead at Temple Hospital. Both men were shot multiple times in the chest, said Philadelphia Police.

A 33-year old pregnant woman is in critical condition at Temple Hospital.

A man, age 31, was shot in the right thigh and is in stable condition.

There were no immediate arrests. Police are trying to sort out the details.

"We don't know if these folks were all intended targets, or if a couple of people just caught a stray bullet." said Police Commissioner Charles Ramsey.

Police are looking for a blue and white Ford F-150 pick-up truck that may have been involved in the shooting.
