A 10-year-old boy died early Friday morning after being struck by a car in Northeast Philadelphia the previous night.
Medics rushed the child to St. Christopher's Hospital for Children after a vehicle struck him near Loretto and Longshore Avenues around 8:30 p.m. Thursday.
The boy later at the hospital.
Investigators said the driver stopped after the accident and remained at the scene.
Police didn't immediately file any charges.
