The heaviest rain of the weekend is expected today, with strong winds and some flooding. As it adds up in the Philadelphia region, here's a look at how much inches local cities are totalling as of late Saturday morning:

West Chester, Pa. - 1.23

Dover, Del. - 1.73

Newark, Del. - 1.64

Estelle Manor, N.J. - 2.46

Atlantic City, N.J. - 1.91

Medford, N.J. - 1.64

Blackwood, N.J. - 1.70

Wildwood, N.J. - 1.67

Vineland, N.J. - 2.08
