Train Derails in Paulsboro, Spills Chemicals

A train derailment in Paulsboro, Gloucester County caused a hazardous material spill. According to officials, four of the train's cars were dumped into Mantua Creek and leaked vinyl chloride, a colorless, organic gas with a sweet odor.
