NBC10 Celebrates National Adoption Month

The dream of a forever home came true for 18 foster children across the area during an adoption ceremony and celebration at Philly’s Family Court. Wednesday’s Child host Vai Sikahema emceed the festivities. Noriah Delrossi (far right,back) is pictured with some cousins and a few friends. She officially took on her dad's last name in an emotional ceremony.
