Rumors are spreading that Northern Liberties may be getting a unique new venue that will serve as a one-stop-shop for dinner and a movie, plus drinks.
TLA Video is toying with the concept at a warehouse it already owns on 631 N. Sixth street, where a liquor license appeared last week under the name “Movie Warehouse LLC” according to this story from Michael Klein on Philly.com.

TLA's Ray Murray, contacted today, said he did not have a lot of info on the scope of the project - though in theory it would combine cinema with a bar-restaurant, in the same vein as Movie Tavern (which has a location in Collegeville and is building a second area spot in Flourtown).
