This time it's legal and ethical.

Accused of trying to sell the U.S. Senate seat vacated by President Barack Obama, former Gov. Rod Blagojevich on Thursday agreed to sell one of the guest seats from the set of ABC's Jimmy Kimmel Live.

Kimmel and Blagojevich struck the deal during the former governor's tour of television to promote his new book, "The Governor."

Kimmel offered the seat and told Blagojevich he could keep the money.

"You can do whatever.  You can give the money to charity.  I don't care what you do with it," Kimmel said.

Blagojevich, always thinking about the people, countered, and said he would agree only if Kimmel hired three unemployed people.

Following the taping, Blagojevich autographed the seat which is now available to the highest bidder on eBay

According to the listing, other celebs who have sat in the "relatively hair-free" seat include Shaq, Paris Hilton and the Jonas Brothers (all three of them?)

The eBay auction ends Sept. 17
