"Saturday Night Live" mocked President Obama's surprise win of the Nobel Peace Prize last week by saying the commander in chief won the honor simply because he wasn't George Bush.

"This prize bestowed by the Nobel committee in Norway is given annually to individuals who have made significant contributions to world peace. ... I won it for not being George Bush," said Fred Armisen, who played Obama.

"This award came as a complete surprise because I have only not been George Bush for nine months."

Armisen then said he also won the $70 million Powerball jackpot.

"It was the first lottery ticket I ever bought," he said.

Obama, who admitted he was "both surprised and deeply humbled" by the honor, won the prize for vowing to rid the world of nuclear weapons and for his diplomatic efforts internationally.
