Russell Armstrong Sober at Time of Death: Coroner

A coroner has ruled that there were no drugs or alcohol at the time of Armstrong's death.

Russell Armstrong, who was found dead in his room Aug. 15, had no drugs or alcohol in his system at time of death, coroners have ruled.

While the report proved there were no substances in his blood, there is still no information on why the father and venture capitalist hung himself.

The 47-year-old husband was featured in Bravo’s “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.” The marital problems between he and his wife Taylor were supposed to be a feature of the second season, which will now be re-edited.

Armstrong killed himself three weeks before the scheduled premiere of the second season.
