Entire “Jersey Shore” Cast Re-signs for Season 3

JWoww and the rest of the “Jersey Shore” holdouts will join Snooki and The Situation for a third season of hot tubs and fist-pumping on MTV, the network confirmed on Tuesday.

"MTV is pleased that the Jersey Shore cast are returning to Seaside Heights to continue production on Season 3," MTV said in a statement. "Not only have they become a part of the MTV family, but fans worldwide have fallen in love with them.”

With Season 2 set to premiere next week, production on future "Shore" episodes reportedly stalled over the weekend when the cast went on strike in the hopes winning higher pay.

Top draws Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi and Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino were said to be demanding about $30,000 per episode, up from the $10,000 they were offered to shoot Season 2 in Miami, according to E! online.

Both cast members reportedly inked more lucrative deals this week to stay with the franchise, though it is unclear how much they were offered.

Also unknown is how much MTV offered other members of the “Shore” clan.
