Biggest Tours: Jay-Z Takes the Stage

Jay-Z, until 1/22/10: Hov is hitting several college campuses on his latest tour to promote "The Blueprint 3," which dropped Sept. 8. The seven-time Grammy winner kicked off the tour with the "Answer the Call" charity concert and a performance with Alicia Keys at the VMAs.
