Sandra Bullock Steals the Stage at Nashville Relief Concert

It seems like you can't keep a good starlett down.

After nursing the wounds of her tabloid divorce from reality TV star Jesse James in private, Sandra Bullock strolled trimphantly back into the public consciousness by making out with Scarlett Johansson at the MTV Movie Awards earlier this month.

Now she's closing out June with similar stage-stealing antics.

According to the Los Angeles Times, Bullock made a surprise appearance at Tuesday night's "Nashville Rising: A Benefit Concert for Flood Recovery," hosted by her "Blind Side" co-star Tim McGraw.

The Academy Award winning actress was enlisted to introduce McGraw's wife and the other half of the event's braintrust, country music star Faith Hill, but she decided to have a little fun with the crowd first.

Strutting onstage with a guitar, Sandra pulled up a stool, shushed the crowd and slowly began plucking out Deep Purple's hit, "Smoke on the Water". The crowd, unsurprsingly, went bonkers for Bullock.

After the appluse died down, Bullock delivered Ms. Hill, as promised.

"I would like to introduce an amazing woman, an extraordinarily talented woman, a disgustingly beautiful woman," she said, "and the woman that is one half of who made tonight possible, ladies and gentlemen."

The concert pulled in about $2 millon to help relief organizations that are assisting with recover efforts in the wake of devestating floods that washed over Tennessee in May.
