A photographer claims reality TV star Jon Gosselin literally sent out a warning shot after she refused to leave his property.
The woman told Robeson Township Police she followed Gosselin to his home in Beckersville, Pa. on Friday after he left work. As the woman began to snap photos, she says Gosselin noticed her and told her to leave.
The woman says she refused to leave and Gosselin threatened to call the police. After the woman still didn’t leave, she claims Gosselin reached behind his back and then she heard the sound of a gunshot. The woman then fled the scene.
The woman called police on Saturday to report the incident but does not plan on filing a criminal complaint. Robeson Township Police say the woman was “clearly trespassing.”
Gosselin and his ex-wife Kate starred in the hit TV show Jon & Kate Plus 8, detailing life with their twins and sextuplets. They separated in 2009 and later divorced.
In August, Kate Gosselin filed a lawsuit against Jon, accusing him of stealing her hard drive and hacking into her phone and computer to get material for a tell-all book.
The federal lawsuit, filed in Philadelphia, accuses Jon of taking the material for a book called Kate Gosselin: How She Fooled the World. The suit also claims the book was written by Jon’s friend, tabloid writer Robert Hoffman, but has since been pulled from Amazon because the material was obtained illegally.
