Michelle Obama: Bangs Are "My Midlife Crisis!"

"I couldn't get a sports car. They won't let me bungee-jump," she jokes to Rachael Ray.

    On Jan. 17, Michelle Obama's 49th birthday, the FLOTUS debuted her stylish new bangs.

    Now, in an interview with "The Rachael Ray" Show airing Wednesday, Mrs. O jokes that the haircut was "my midlife crisis!"

    "I couldn't get a sports car. They won't let me bungee-jump. So instead, I cut my bangs," she quips.

    Of course, Michelle's man is a fan of her 'do. "I love her bangs," President Barack Obama said after inauguration weekend. "She looks good. She always looks good."

    We'd have to agree!
