Jimmy Fallon Plays Pyramid With Jeff Daniels, Usher and Nick Jonas

Jimmy Fallon asked Jeff Daniels to play a “fun gentlemanly” game on the “Tonight Show” Monday, to which Daniel’s replied “I don’t play fun games, I play to compete.”

In a game of “Pyramid” the two were joined by special guest stars Nick Jonas and Usher. Like the classic TV game show, two competing teams attempted to guess a series of words or phrases based on descriptions given to them by their teammates. Daniels teamed up with Usher, while Fallon was paired with Jonas.

Daniels and Usher went first and chose the category “Get On Your Feet” featuring popular dance moves. Daniels acted out several dances including “The Robot", "The Moonwalk”, and a crowd favorite that took Usher a few attempts to guess correctly, the “Twerk”.

“Usher made me “Twerk” for at least 30 seconds,” Daniels said.

Fallon then picked “Fuggedaboutit,” which comprised of famous gangster movies. Fallon quickly was reminded of how young Nick Jonas was when the singer couldn’t guess one single film. Jonas seemed confused as Fallon recited lines from “Scarface", “Goodfellas”, “The Usual Suspects”, and “The Godfather."

“If you would have given me episodes of ‘Spongebob’ we could have gotten all of them,” complained Fallon.

It was then Usher’s turn and he picked the category “Ew", which were about things that are slimy. Daniels struggled to guess the first clue “worm”, and wasted the rest of the time attempting to understand what Usher was slurping. An oyster.

While Jonas wasn’t good at guessing, he turned out to be great at giving Fallon clues. His category choice, “It’s Not Easy Being Green,” words that rhyme with green, netted his team four correct answers.

“That’s good, we got four,” Fallon said. "The game is on.”

In the last round, Daniels chose the category “It’s A Numbers Game,” in which he had to guess musical acts with numbers in their names. Usher serenaded the crowd to Jackson 5 and Boys II Men, but unfortunately that didn’t help Daniels guess any of his correctly.

Team Daniels was leading with 6, while team Fallon trailed with 4.

Finally, the last category “What About Bob?” went to Fallon and Jonas. Fallon decided it would be best if Jonas gave the clues and the “Tonight Show” host guessed.

“Let’s go buddy, you can do this. All we need is three to win,” Fallon assured Jonas.

In what seemed like a lighting round, Fallon quickly guessed Bob Saget, Bob Marley, and for the win Bob Dylan.

“We got it!” Fallon exclaimed.
