Conrad Hilton Arrested for Violating Restraining Order, Grand Theft Auto: Police

Conrad Hilton, the younger brother of reality television star Paris Hilton, was arrested on suspicion of violating a restraining order and grand theft auto after he allegedly made his way to a Hollywood Hills home to see an unidentified victim early Saturday, police said.

Officers received a radio call at 4:50 a.m. of a restraining order suspect in the 2300 block of Jupiter Drive, said Officer Jenny Houser of the LAPD's Media Relations Section.

"Officers arrived and detained the suspect and the restraining order was confirmed," Houser said. "The suspect was taken into custody and he is now being processed."

She added that Hilton drove to the residence in a Bentley that belonged to the victim's father. He was subsequently booked on suspicion of grand theft auto and violation of a restraining order. Hilton, 23, was arrested at 5:45 a.m. and booked at 8:27 a.m. into the LAPD's Hollywood station jail, where he was being held in lieu of $60,000 bail, according to the sheriff's Inmate Information Center.

Police had not released the name of the victim Saturday around noon.
