Bethenny Frankel Officially Coming Back to “Real Housewives of New York City”

After weeks of speculation and plenty of anticipation, Bethenny Frankel is officially returning to the "Real Housewives of New York City" for season seven.

"I'm genuinely excited, with a side of slightly nervous, for my return to 'The Real Housewives of New York City,'" Frankel said in a statement. "Bravo has always been the place on television where I have the freedom to be unfiltered, honest and inappropriate, with an audience who has been with me from the beginning. I can't wait to see what this next chapter brings for all of us. Watch what happens!"

Andy Cohen also shared his excitement for the return of Frankel who always called New York City her playground.

"Bethenny is one of the most popular Housewives in the history of the franchise, and I couldn't be more excited she is coming home to Bravo," he shared in a statement.

E! News also can confirm Carole Radziwill, Heather Thomson, Kristen Taekman, LuAnn de Lesseps, Sonja Morgan and Ramona Singer have all signed on for another season in the Big Apple.

Aviva Drescher, who infamously threw her prosthetic leg on last season's finale, is not expected to return.

Frankel developed quite the fan following when she appeared on the Bravo series in season one through season three. The best-selling author and self-made businesswoman openly shared her desire to start a family, find the perfect man and continue succeeding in her business.

She also had no trouble feuding with a few co-stars including former castmembers Jill Zarin and Kelly Bensimon.

Since leaving the show, Frankel earned her own spinoff series titled "Bethenny Getting Married?" and "Bethenny Ever After." The shows followed her marriage with Jason Hoppy before they ultimately split in January 2013.

Frankel later hosted her own talk show, "Bethenny," which was canceled in February after one season.

For now, fans are simply excited to see Frankel back on the show where she helped make Scary Island so memorable. How can you not remember the famous line, "Go to sleep!"

(E! and Bravo are both part of the NBCUniversal family.)
