‘Gossip Girl’s’ Chace Crawford ‘Will Be’ In Leona Lewis Video

“Gossip Girl” star Chace Crawford will appear in Leona Lewis’ next video, according to People.
The actor, who plays Nate Archibald on the popular CW drama, filmed a part in the video for Leona’s single, “I Will Be” on Thursday in New York, the mag reported. And, Chace’s role isn’t just a simple cameo.

“He has speaking lines in the video as well as just appearing in it,” a source told the mag.
According to the source, the pair became friends after hitting it off during Chace’s recent trip abroad.

“Chace went to London a couple months ago for meetings and to promote ‘Gossip Girl.’ He went to a party and ended up meeting Leona,” the source said, adding that the actor and the “Bleeding Love” singer have “become fast friends.”
“Gossip Girl” returns on Monday, January 5 on The CW.
