Charlie Sheen Will Spend 30 Days in Jail: Reports

Charlie Sheen has cut a deal that will see him spend 30-days in a Colorado jail for a domestic incident involving his wife, according to multiple entertainment news outlets.

The "Two and a Half Men" star will plead guilty to a misdemeanor charge stemming from a Christmas Day 2009 fight with wife Brooke Mueller, UsMagazine.com reported.

According to People.com, Sheen, 44, will appear on June 7th in an Aspen court room and will "immediately begin serving his 30 days in jail," a source said.

"With good behavior, he could end up doing 15 or so days," the source told People.

Sheen would also avoid any probation once he serves his time at the Pitkin County Jail. He had been previously charged with felony menacing, misdemeanor assault and criminal mischief as a misdemeanor.

Access Hollywood reported that Sheen's lawyers were also trying to negotiate a way around the prison's smoking ban but jail officials said there would be no special privileges for the actor.
