Jude Law Lures the Ladies With “Bad Boy” Act

Actor confesses: "Being a good boy never worked for me"

Jude Law says he knows what women want.

The 37-year-old hottie actor and notorious playboy said he's enjoyed plenty of success with women because of his bad-boy persona.

"I think women like bad boys," he told Parade magazine.

"That's been my experience. I just think it's kind of a given. You know, at a certain age you figure out what works for you, and being a good boy never worked for me. And if you're a bad boy, they like it."

The "Sherlock Holmes" star is rumored to be reuniting with sizzling ex-flame Sienna Miller after the two were recently spotted vacationing together at a Caribbean hideaway. The pair's relationship ended in 2005 after Law had a tryst with the nanny.

But the relationship-challenged actor said his bad-boy rep can sometimes give him an unfair rap.

"People seem more interested in setting someone up as this bad person, and that disheartens me a little," Law told the mag. "We all mess up, but we're equally capable of making it better. ... The downside to my career is the attention I get for what I do, but you learn to deal with it. It's like a fly buzzing around your head. You just have to learn to ignore the fly."

Law, a father of four, said the most important thing to him is being a dad.

"Being a daddy is what counts," he told Parade. "I've been busy rehearsing that in real life for more than 10 years. My daughter made me realize that if there's anything that's going to make a man of you, it's having your will broken by a little girl."
