“I actually start my rehearsals in February,” Mel revealed to Access Hollywood. “The show is like a burlesque, sexy woman power/girl power adventure. [I’m] very excited.”

The show, tickets for which are already on sale, was created by Jerry Mitchell, the director and choreographer of Broadway’s “Legally Blonde: The Musical.”

“It’s all about a girl that gets taken on this journey, by me,” Mel explained of the show. “It’s all song, all dance… For me it was more about getting back into performing and this was a perfect show.”

“She’s the girl that I bring on board into my web of adventure,” Mel continued. “I’m the narrator/friend… It’s very sexy, very spicy and it’s all about empowering women, so [it has] all these different journeys and routines that I take her on.”
