Mariah Carey fueled rumors of her over-the-top diva attitude when she appeared on a British morning show.

The chart-topping singer allegedly brought an over-the-top crew and a supersize ego when she appeared on British program "Good Morning Television," according to reps for the show, who said Carey overstayed her welcome across the pond.

"I've heard a lot of rumors about her being a diva over the years and guess what?  It turns out it's all true!...," London's Daily Mail reported the show's Kate Garraway told Now! magazine. "While Mariah was very nice, the amount of people she had in her entourage was hilarious," Garraway said.

The star, famous for her diva antics, brought an entourage larger than the show's crew itself, according to Garraway. Two people lowered her onto the "GMTV" sofa to avoid crushing her dress, one person walked in front of her backwards in case she fell, and other personnel behind the camera made sure that she was filmed at her best angle at all times.

"Have you ever heard anything like it?  Oh, and she brought her own toilet roll as well," Garraway said.

Mariah Carey's spokeswoman said Garraway's claims about the star are a "clear, gross exaggeration."
