Justin Timberlake Lends Voice To New NBA Documentary

Justin Timberlake is joining the NBA.

Although the pop star won't be lacing up his sneakers on the pro court anytime soon, he will be lending his voice to a new NBA documentary, a league spokesperson confirmed to Access Hollywood.

Justin, who is often seen sitting courtside at the Los Angeles Lakers games, will narrate the NBA Entertainment documentary "Dream Season: 23 & 24," which follows Kobe Bryant and LeBron James' run at this year's championship.

Both Kobe's Lakers and LeBron's Cavaliers are currently in their conference finals. — each one round away from playing for the title.

Justin was one of the many celebrities in attendance on Tuesday night as the Lakers beat the Denver Nuggets in the Game One of the Western Conference Finals in Los Angeles.

Other Hollywood stars have previously lent their voices to NBA features, including Denzel Washington, Forest Whitaker, Terrence Howard, Djimon Hounsou and Chris Rock.

"Dream Season" will premiere Thursday, May 21 on ESPN.
