DJ AM To Make First Official Appearance Since Crash At Jay-Z Show

Will return to turntables as opener for Hova.

DJ AM is making his official return to the turntables on Wednesday night, his first gig since surviving a Learjet crash in South Carolina.

AM’s rep confirmed to Access Hollywood that the superstar spinner will open for hip hop star Jay-Z’s show at the Los Angeles Palladium, a venue which is opening following lengthy renovations, tomorrow night.

β€œHe’s the greatest rapper in the world,” DJ AM said in a statement to People. β€œThis is the biggest thing that’s happened in my career.”

It is unclear at present, however, if AM (real name Adam Goldstein), will attend β€œWelcome Home DJ AM,” a dance event at Hollywood’s Avalon venue this evening, the rep’s star told Access.
