Bret Michaels Tour Bus Involved In Highway Pile-Up

Bret Michaels did not have the best Fourth of July, kicking off the weekend with a multi-car pile-up.

According to a post on the rocker's Web site, Michaels was on his way to St. Paul, Minn., from Toronto, when a vehicle lost control on the highway and crashed into his tour bus, causing a five-car pile-up.

No injuries were reported and "Michaels and his immediate crew were released from the scene following an investigation" by authorities, the Web site post read.

The Poison singer was headed to the Taste of Minnesota music festival, where he was expected to do a solo performance.

Michaels is no stranger to accidental injury. On June 7, The "Rock of Love" star suffered a blow during the Tony Awards when part of the set malfunctioned and fell on his head. He walked away with a split-lip and nose fracture.

Michaels will next hit the stage when he rejoins the Poison tour on July 7 in Hartford, Conn.
