Now in its fifth year, the Philadelphia Science Festival is once again celebrating discovery with nine days of science-centric events at local restaurants, museums, libraries and galleries.
With more than 100,000 people involved, including 30,000 students, the annual festival keeps growing -- and so do the activities with more than 100 free events for science-lovers.
Organized by The Franklin Institute and hosted by The Dow Chemical Company, the spring fest will feature partners like the Philadelphia Phillies and The Wistar Institute.
The science festival begins on Friday, April 24 followed by an opening-night after party at The Franklin Institute.
Crowds can expect interactive activities like how to dissect an arcade machine, as well as enjoy music and beer!
