The warm weather is here and that means it's time to wake up from winter hibernation and enjoy the outdoors with free spring training and fitness sessions hosted at Philadelphia's Dilworth Park.
The public plaza, which was built last year, is holding free sports and fitness programming every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoon at 12 p.m. and evening at 6 p.m. now through April 30.
During noon sessions, personal training tips will be offered by experts followed by a relaxing yoga session every Wednesday.
In the evening, fitness enthusiasts can expect engaging discussions with guest speakers from the Rothman Institute, boot camp workouts along with Zumba and jiu-jitsu training sessions.
