Take a trip to the Philadelphia waterfront this weekend to get a taste of Latin America during the 34th annual Hispanic Fiesta.
Hosted by Concilio, the Council of Spanish Speaking Organizations, the event features dance competitions, musical acts, and food vendors representing almost every Latin American country.
The largest showcase of Latino culture in the region will take place at the Great Plaza at Penn’s Landing from 2 to 8 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday (rain or shine).
Salsa superstars India and Cintron Band will be the weekend’s headliners, with other musical guests including, Sergio George, Michael Stuart and Isidro Infante.
A part of the PECO Multicultural Series, the free festival sponsored by State Farm with Telemundo 62 serving as the Elite Media Sponsor, attracts 15,000 people each day, so don’t miss out on one of the most popular events at Penn’s Landing.
