If you don't have plans this Saturday, you do now!

Head on over to the 1st annual Dog Day Afternoon this Saturday, May 30, from 9a.m. to 4p.m at Cater 2U (2901 Marne Highway, Mount Laurel, N.J.).

Enjoy makeover for dogs (and owners, of course), enter your pooch in the beauty and costume contests, audition your dog for TV roles and of course there will be plenty of eats.

Tickets cost $10 for adults and kids under 12 are free.   

And the best part? The event benefits the American Red Cross Burlington County Chapter. Hot dog!
