Nick Jonas Leases NHL Player's Condo

New York's Chelsea neighborhood better prepare itself for a bunch of screaming tweens because Nick Jonas of the Jonas Brothers is moving into the downtown 'hood. According to The Wall Street Journal, the youngest of the three-brother boy band leased a $23,000-per-month (not bad for a nineteen-year-old) apartment that's owned by NHL player Scott Gomez and was once occupied by fashion designer Marc Jacobs. And, the celeb residents of this Chelsea spread doesn't stop there--Stephen Levinson, executive producer of Boardwalk Empire and Entourage, also rented the home, reports Curbed

What does a nineteen-year-old pop star with $23,000 to burn every month get? Well, for starters the home is fully furnished and comes with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The pad is equipped with six televisions and a lighting and entertainment system controlled by an iPad, as well as a 120-inch high-def movie screen that drops down from the ceiling in the living room. Judging by all the high-tech gadgets throughout the swanky pad, we're thinking this penthouse is pretty much any guy's dream home, especially that of a nineteen-year-old.

Renting the downtown bachelor pad is fortuitous for Nick who reportedly ended his relationship with Aussie Delta Goodrem recently. We think this sweet crib will temper the blow of a broken heart (well, the six televisions sure can't hurt).
