Jennifer Connelly and Paul Bettany List in Tribeca

With three kids and another apparently on the way, Jennifer Connelly and Paul Bettany are looking to unload their three-bedroom penthouse, and presumably, upgrade to more spacious digs, reports Curbed NY. The couple recently listed their full-floor Tribeca loft for the steep price of $8.495 million, a property that they've owned since 2008 after decamping to the city from Brooklyn.

The impressive loft features a total of three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, which would've surely gotten a bit cozy should the duo had decided to stay put. Amenities include a key-locked elevator that opens to the foyer, a laundry room (goodbye, multiple trips to the laundromat), a chef's kitchen that boasts all modern finishes, a black marble farm sink, and stainless steel Viking appliances, and a glass-enclosed sunroom. The sun-drenched home comes with a 1,380-square-foot private outdoor roof space, which is truly one of the most sought-after features in this cramped city, as well as some pretty sweet Hudson River views.

Since the duo's full-floor Tribeca loft hit the open market recently, it's anyone's guess where the power couple and their growing brood will relocate to next. There's always the classy Breakfast at Tiffany's house on the East Side, which is on the market for $5.85 million, or if Connelly and Bettany are looking to move back to Brooklyn, there's this quirky Williamsburg loft that will surely delight (or repel, depending on your taste).
