Annie Leibovitz Lists Picture Perfect Home

Photographer Annie Leibovitz just listed her West Village compound for a hefty $33 million, reports The Wall Street Journal. The photographer's home is downright drool-worthy. Not only does the property boasts an astounding 13 fireplaces, but it also features three buildings total, one of which is Leibovitz's studio.

All three townhouses that comprise the compound are positioned around a slate patio and private courtyard. The WSJ reports that Leibovitz first purchased two buildings for $4.2 million in 2002, and later scooped up the third home for $1.9 million (talk about a monopoly!). Each townhouse has been gut renovated and the combined total space totals more than 10,200 square feet, which is pretty much unheard of in the density that is Manhattan.

Lavish features of the photographer's main house include wide plank wood floors, high ceilings, a chef's kitchen, central air, and an English basement that comes with a mud room. There's also a roof garden, and in Leibovitz's studio you'll find a large reception room.

According to the WSJ, the photographer is unloading her gorgeous compound to move uptown to be closer to the school of her three daughters.
