Michael Vick left the game with a concussion after he suffered a brutal hit early in the second quarter.

Vick was hit by linebacker Ernie Sims on an incomplete pass and was slow to get up. He headed to the locker room and did not return. Eagles staff confirmed he suffered a concussion.

Eagles wide receiver Jason Avant also left the field with a hamstring injury and did not return.

Eagles rookie Nick Foles received a standing ovation when he took over at QB. Foles threw his first career touchdown in the 3rd quarter with a 44-yard throw to Jeremy Maclin, giving the Eagles a 14-10 lead.He finished the game 22/32 with one touchdown and one interception.

Dallas ultimately won the game 38-23, dropping the Eagles to 3-6. The Eagles have lost 5 straight games for the first time in the Andy Reid era.
