Sold! For Nearly $7.7 Million

It's the most expensive condo ever to be sold in Philly history--And it went for a whopping $7,678,149, according to the Residences at Two Liberty Place.
The luxury condominium atop Two Liberty Place in Center City, Philadelphia is on the 46th floor and spans 5,850 square feet.
The condo features:
- Four bedrooms with master bedroom including a steam shower and Jacuzzi
- Two powder rooms
- Billiard room
- Wet bar
- Gourmet kitchen
- Walnut flooring
- A 2,040 square foot balcony
The condos of Two Liberty Place take up the top 20 floors of the building and sit 700 feet above the city.
Home prices start at $795,000.
The Phillies' Cole Hamels is a resident of the building. We already saw Cole's Two Liberty pad. Richie Sambora of Bon Jovi also lives the Philly high life. His $3.58 million condo sits on the 52nd floor.
So we can't help but wonder who on earth bought this condo?
