If you're Thanksgiving food-coma was short lived or if your leftovers are already gone, you're in luck. On Saturday, Nov. 28, forget about cooking another huge dinner for the family because then men of Philly want to cook it for you.
The Ivy Legacy Foundation is turning up the heat by celebrating it's 18th anniversary with a little friendly competition between guys -- in the kitchen.
Philly's Men are Cookin': Philadelphia's Premier Celebration of Taste isn't just a fundraiser to showcase the fine cooking skills of chefs in the Philly area, although they will be awarded prizes in a variety of categories. The main purpose is to raise money for scholarships for high school students and grants that are given to community groups by the foundation.
NBC10's own Byron Scott is one of five celebrity judges for the event.
It starts at 7 p.m. at the National Constitution Center. Tickets are available online and at select retail locations.
