TEN AT THE TROC: We know money’s tight and so does the Trocadero. But with a 10-band lineup for just $10, there's no reason for you not to skip out of work early and head down to Arch Street. Poison the Well, Madball, Terror, Vision, War of Ages, This Is Hell, Death Before Dishonor, Trapped Under Ice, Crime in Stereo and The Ghost Inside will rock the Troc starting at 3 p.m.

ROASTER: Comedy Central roast master Greg Giraldo will bring the laughs when he headlines Helium Comedy Club. Present for the roasts of Chevy Chase, Pam Anderson, William Shatner, Jeff Foxworthy, Flavor Flav, Bob Saget and Larry the Cable Guy, as well as having a couple of his own shows, Giraldo is an experienced comic who is sure to please. The show starts at 8 p.m. and tickets are $20.00.

FUNNY IN PHILLY: The Philadelphia Theatre Company will combine efforts with The Second City to produce the "City of Nutterly Love: Funny as Bell!" You read that right. Six total cast members will touch on Philadelphia in all its diversity, complexity and hilarity. From the Mummers to Nutter, Betsy Ross to Andy Reid, the Liberty Bell to LOVE Park, nothing is off limits. Tickets run from $34-$39.
