Grab your flashlight and magnifying glass to help solve a mysterious series of murders at the Franklin Institute. You and a team of your friends are the detectives who need to crack this secret code.

Watson Adventures’ Murder at the Franklin Institute Scavenger Hunt allows you and your team of six to be Sherlock Holmes for the day.

Don’t have a team? No worries, the staff will find you one.

“Someone, or something, has bumped off Franklin Institute staffers involved in a recent discovery of a long-lost invention by Benjamin Franklin. This ‘infernal machine’ has a murky past: Freemasons supposedly used it as part of a secret ritual,” explains Watson Adventures’.

It is up to you to figure out if the museum deaths were caused by the mysterious invention, the “Curse of the Freemasons,” or a serial killer running loose in the museum.

You will have to watch your back as you work to solve the tricky but humorous clues scattered throughout the museum, for danger lurks around every corner.

Stick with your team because you never know who may be the next victim of this game.

The murder mystery takes place this Saturday at 2 p.m. Tickets must be ordered in advance for $32.50 and this is an adults only hunt.

And if you have a great time at this event, Watson’s Adventure has a ton of other fun mystery scavenger hunts throughout the year.

On August 26 there will be a Murder at the Philadelphia Museum Scavenger Hunt about a murder victim who knew a little too much and was killed because of it. And check out Watson’s’ haunted scavenger hunts around Halloween too.
