Happy Hours to Kick Your Week Into High Gear

They're best known for the big name performers that they bring in, but did you know that World Café Live’s happy hour is one of the sweetest deals in the city? In fact, any day of the week is a good day to kick back with some food, friends and a cold beer or two.
With a crap load of nightly specials, a DJ, free parking (after 5:30 p.m.) and free apps for a whole hour, there’s no reason not to go.
Monday is Pint Night with $3 domestic pints and half-price WCL and portabello burgers.
For $8 you can get a flight of three selected wines and DiBruno Bros. cheeses on Tuesday.
Wednesday’s are made for whiskey. The three J’s (Jack, Jim Beam and Jameson) are $5.50. And so is Bushmill’s. Use anyone (or all four) to wash down those half-price wings.
Maybe martinis are your beverage of choice. If so, then Thursday is the night for you. ‘Tinis are just $5 and quesadillas are half off.
And finally, Friday. The best day of the week. No work for two days and you’re free to let loose. $4.50 Absolut drinks can help get your weekend started. Plus, there’s a free Friday buffet to keep the spins at bay.
