Got Talent: If you think you got talent and you’ve been meaning to try out for American’s Got Talent but never got around to it, here’s your chance. All day today at the Convention Center  try out for the NBC hit shows' fifth season. The auditions are welcome to singers, dancers, comedians, acrobats, bands, ventriloquists, beat boxers and many more. You must pre-register though and any age is welcome. Who knows, maybe you’ll be the next one to win one million dollars and have a headline show. Pennsylvania Convention Center, 1101 Arch Street, Philadelphia, Pa. 19107, Free, 8 a.m.

Nightmare on Elm: Head to the Troc tonight for some beer, popcorn and a screening of one of the scariest Halloween movies, A Nightmare on Elm Street. The 80’s movie starring Johnny Depp will begin at 8 p.m., but there’s a special treat for those who arrive early. Get there before 7 p.m., and enjoy a free beer and a bag of popcorn. Ghosts in Philly: Halloween's right around the corner and we suggest you experience "the other side" of Philadelphia.
