This South Street gem is known to all who crave a delicious slice, day or night. Voted best pizza by Philly Mag in 2005, these giant, cheesy, foldable slices of pie hit the spot no matter what time it is. Open until 3 a.m. Sunday through Thursday and 4 a.m. Friday and Saturday, when the bars empty out, Lorenzo's fills up. And don't feel restricted to just one slice, these professional pie slingers can handle as many pies as you'd like.

- NAME okay so ive never been to tacconellis but ive been to lorenzos about 50 times. but the truth about lorenzos is their slices are soggey, and really not that good. oh and as for the guy behind the counter, i ordered 2 slices and a drink one time, he charged me and gave me the slices but never gave me the drink. so naturally i asked for the drink, and he said "you never paid for a drink" so i then showed him my change, and he refused to give me it, then he said okay well if you give me a dollar, ill give you a drink... i could not believe it, but what was i gonna do, eat 2 slices without a drink? absolutely unbelieveable... besides the fact that they treat you like garbage, and the guy at the door with the 45 on his hip, always yelling "move down!" really not worth the trip ...
