Hollywood is a buzz with talk of Oscar nominations. Leading the pack with 13 nominations is the "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button." Following in at a close second is "Slumdog Millionaire" with 10 nods. Brad Pitt ("The Curious Case of Benjamin Button"), Mickey Rourke ("The Wrestler"), Sean Penn ("Milk"), Richard Jenkins ("The Reader") and Frank Langella ("Frost/Nixon") are up for Best Actor while Pitt's girlfriend Angelina Jolie ("The Changeling") is up for Best Actress against Meryl Streep ("Doubt"), Anne Hathaway ("Rachel Getting Married"), Melissa Leo ("Frozen River") and Kate Winslet ("The Reader"). The late Heath Ledger (today is the one-year anniversary of his death) is also up for an Oscar for his supporting role as the Joker in "The Dark Knight."

"ER"'s final season is shaping up to be a good one! It seems that George Clooney is reprising his role as Dr. Doug Ross and he's filming his scenes today and tomorrow. Julianna Margulies, who played Nurse Carol Hathaway, is also filming her return this week. It is expected that the episode will air in late February, but has yet to be confirmed. "ER"'s series finale airs on April 2 right here on NBC.

After stumbling through the oath of office on Tuesday, Barack Obama repeated the oath last night (for good measure) with Chief Justice John G. Roberts, Jr. in front of a couple aides and reporters. Roberts is the one who actually made the flub at the Inauguration, President Obama simply followed suit.

According to new reports, all the ladies, Sarah Jessica Parker, Kim Cattrall, Kristin Davis and Cynthia Nixon have signed on for the "Sex and the City" sequel. It has also been reported that SJP could receive as much as 30 million for the film.
