If the World Series Championship and the recent Eagles victories aren’t giving you enough civic pride, you’ll find more to stock up on at the Art Institute of Philadelphia’s exhibit “Philadelphia Stories: Yours, Mine, Ours.”
The photo exhibit draws from the city’s historic photo archive, giving a chronological story of Philadelphia’s citizens and neighborhoods. The show boasts more than 60 “never-before-exhibited” images.
“Philadelphia Stories: Yours, Mine, Ours” will be on display until Jan. 23 at the Art Institute’s 1622 Chestnut Street Gallery. The gallery is open Monday through Thursday 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. It is closed on Sundays.
The exhibit is free and open to all.
