Great Band Lineup in NoLibs July 4

Avoid the massive, Sheryl Crow-loving crowds at the Art Museum July 4 and head to Northern Liberties for a free A-list bill made up of some of the best bands in the area.

Philebrity.com and VitaminWater are putting on a rain date performance on The Sync Stage at the Piazza At Schmidt’s from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday.

The three bands new to the bill, may be the best part of the day: Black Landlord (amazing), The Capitol Years (really great) and The Photon Band (fantastic) will be performing.

Here’s the lineup:

LOOK

The Roots' Philly Roots

2 p.m.: Pink Skull
3 p.m.: The Photon Band
4 p.m.: BC Camplight
5 p.m.: The Capitol Years
6 p.m.: The Tough Shits
7 p.m.: Tuphace
8 p.m. Black Landlord

So much better than Sheryl Crow. But I shouldn't have to tell you that.
